Hot Day

It has been so hot lately that we needed to go out and play in the water.  Well, Pax was not interested in the water as much as he was in the big play ground, which is even hotter on the rubber mats.  He enjoyed himself and we had a great afternoon just the two of us.

This little boy loves the pool!  He is so excited when we open the door to go into the back yard.  If we shut it or don't let him out he begins to cry.  It is funny at times but other times it is hard to distract him from going outside all day long.  But who wouldn't want to be outside...right?!

Zoo Day

For my birthday my friend and her family came and picked me up and we all went to the zoo.  We had a blast.  It was very hot out but the kiddos did great and enjoyed all of the animals and the fun mini parks to play in.  It was a great birthday and a great afternoon.

This was the joy of Paxton's night.  He LOVED the trampoline.  He figured out how to climb up the ladder and walk on the springs to get onto the mat.

Happy Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July.  We love the summer and we absolutely love the Walkers.  They are the greatest friends.  We went to their house for a BBQ and played outside the rest of the night.  Paxton was not too sure about the fireworks or the sparkler.  He mainly wanted to play with the fire.

Up and Down the Slide

Our really good friends gave Paxton a slide. From the minute they brought it over Paxton has not left it alone. He learned so fast how to climb up the stairs and slide down all by himself. Now, he is figuring out how to stand on top and roll every toy down it. It has given us a lot of laughs and we have enjoyed the slide so much. Thanks Walkers!

Splash Pad

We had so much fun today with the Walkers going to the splash pad. Paxton was hesitant at first and was not quite sure if he liked the water splashing him in all directions. Towards the end of our fun he learned how to plug the holes and run in and out of the water falls. We had a great time in the 102* weather.

Mackay Day

A little burnt but it was worth it in the end.  We enjoyed a beautiful four mile hike that crossed over snow, rocks, landslides, and waterfalls.  We rode the four wheelers in and hiked the rest of the way.  After our hike we enjoyed a leisurely game of golf.
